What is the saddle?
I like the little grey
There is something about endurance racing horses that seems cruel to the horses. Actually there are many things.
Top groomes
Muito bom 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Lovely
👏👏
Wonderful , remarkable
this is animal cruelty!! Disgusting
Just shut up, you don’t know the sport. Don’t talk
You're so right. Its so sad.
There is a LOT of conditioning that goes into it. I just did my first 25-mile ride last Saturday. But I had done ruffly 2 to 4 5 hour rides about 12 to 16 mile eaches week So both I and my horse were prepared for a longer ride. I will tell ya, the first long rides will always leave you a little sore, no matter how much you prepared beforehand XD When you get done with the ride always check your horse's tendons to make sure they are not hot or swollen, put some cool water on the horse's neck and shoulders the help drop the body temp, do not put it on the back end, it could cause the horse's hind end to lock up or cramp. And if you think your horse does have a cramp, massage it gently with some muscle ease. If your horse is refusing to drink water, try wetting its muzzle, along the nostrils and the mouth. If they smell/feel the water it may trigger them to want to drink. I am nowhere near educated enough on this topic to teach another person. I am simply sharing what I do know. There may be a better way to do it. I am sure with time, I will get better and learn more. The endurance rides in my country (USA) don't start back till like September, once the weather cools. Especially in my region, normal summers are between 95 and 105 degrees. No way I'm riding 25 miles 6 or 7 hours in the weather with a horse that is not ready for that. My horse is an 11YO 14hh Arab QH mare named Smokey. She is a grey flea-bitten (Basically she is white with a crap ton of black freckles) in the summer horse spots along her face and chest turn bright orange (I think cuz of the sun bleaching them). I suggest starting with shorter rides like 12 or 16-mile intros, almost every endurance ride you'll find in the US has an intro, a 25-mile LD, and a 50-mile endurance. And, sometimes they will have 75 or even 100-mile endurance.

The cadence on these horses is just....perfect. So steady. The exact same motion every time, at the exact same rhythm.
The horses are just mind bogglingly chill the whole damn way.
3:45 so many al pila tul farangiz
Freaking amazing!!! Beautiful riding!!!! Congratulationssssssssssss
😘😘😘
Totally ridiculous, this is not riding! You canter for miles in the desert, horse doping is widespread and has been for years. NO RESPECT.
Just shut up
what fantastic partnership and peak fitness

Fantastic! Long distance rides really bond horse and humans together in a powerful way and that is what I love about endurance riding :)
Just finished my own long ride across Ireland on my endurance mare, Lilly! Knocking on total strangers doors for two months asking for a field for my horses and a place to camp was a real adventure but its an experience I think everyone should have with their own horse at least once in their lifetime :) I think long distance rides with you and your horse and the horizon bond you together like nothing else! Lot's of videos about it on my channel.
I would love to do this.
still wowed
Oh my word the grey and the rider! So happy. Move as one. The dark bay seems so unhappy. That rider standing up in the saddle. It’s going to hurt after a while.
Great to see this scum has been punished for abusing this horse facebook.com/cleanendurance/posts/2177991219012892
Was für eine Tierquälerei!
why is it that almost every german commentator always thinks every riding video is abuse?! This is a fantastic team whose rider does everything possible to make the horse comfortable. Arabian horses have been bred for thousands of years to ride long distance in the desert. Stick to critiquing your country's rollkuring your warmbloods.
What is the pedigree of this arabian?
Please
Run du Colombier has an exquisite canter !!! Superb ! I love the way he arches his neck and keeps it's paces composed. Also, very refined and "easy" rider. Bravo !
Maybe: they have fun. 😉
Hi, I would like to to work as a professional endurance rider (20 years of horse riding experience). I'm looking for adresses / contacts around the world. Can anyone help me? Thank you!
سوأل هلئ هي خيل عربية واذا خيل عربية وين تقوسات متل رقبة ولفناص
Very good. For having won several longdistance rides (100km/5hours) I know it's quite difficult. How many vet checks do you have ? Is it the same as in Europe to prepare ?
My god FEI looks so boring.
Silly question: do they do the whole race in canter or is it just how it's edited? If so that's quite amazing and must take some amount of training especially in that heat!
Yeap, all you do is canter in a straight line! Training and drugs. PATHETIC!
👍
Groovin to this music and watching some of the most beautiful horses in the WORLD. I have always loved horses, but these are just so....I don’t know how to say how they make me feel ...I wish I could meet one of them. Watching horses like these makes me remember how I felt as a child when I first fell in love with them. Thanks for this this video!
arabs are the best endurance riders in the world.
I need contacts please?
Non riesco a smettere di guardare questo video #endurancenelquore❤️
bello bello
your such an awesome rider though why don't you sit in the saddle I mean its really tiring to stand through the whole ride I used to ride like you but now I just sit in the saddle I feel my horse more and have better control!
It’s 100km. It doesn’t matter how tired the rider is-the name of the game is staying out of the horse’s way as much as possible so that they can save their strength & focus.
To keep out of the horses movement.
I think it has something to do with putting less stress on the horse's back. IDK. That's just what I thought.
Knappe Magic <3
Y love horses 😍😍😍
Wonderful ride. Almost the same as on my sand island. I lov it.
Remember thy our races are from 60 km to 160 km in one day so believe me my legs hurt after I do this
The song is by wael kfoury, maghroura
Thank you so much
wooow dat paard is geweldig! zo een groot uithoudingsvermogen!
